Pace Chemicals Becomes Exclusive Manufacturing Partner of EndoTherm in North America
January 28th, 2019
Pace Chemicals Ltd is delighted to announce becoming the Exclusive Manufacturing Partner for North America, of EndoTherm, the award winning, energy saving additive discovered by Endo Enterprises (UK) Ltd.
Since launching EndoTherm into Canada and the USA in 2017, the product has seen exponential growth with new manufacturing plants located in Regina (Saskatchewan, Canada) and Cleveland (Ohio, US).
Pace Chemicals Ltd., Western Canada’s largest water treatment company, servicing British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, since 1983. Pace Chemicals provides clients with the latest advancements in energy and water treatment services, to protect the system metallurgy, and enhance the efficiency of heating and cooling water systems. Pace Chemicals also provides solutions, including water enhancement, disease control, and sanitation to greenhouses and nurseries across the continental United States. Having widespread reach across multiple platforms, Pace Chemicals provides EndoTherm access across North America.
Through associations with the Canadian Green Building Council (CAGBC), Association of Water Technologies (AWT), American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Building Energy Innovators Council (BEIC), and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), EndoTherm has direct access to owners, operators, and decision makers in nearly 6.1 million commercial buildings throughout the United States and Canada.
In the last 12 months, Pace installed EndoTherm into more than 500 industrial and residential buildings to enhance the efficiency of their hydronic heating and cooling systems. These installations have resulted in a cumulative savings in excess of $1,000,000 and 10,000 tonnes of CO2e per annum.
Additionally, Pace Chemicals has launched Pace Eco-Program, which offers a contract to include EndoTherm alongside existing water treatment services. The program allows for removal of the up-front capital costs of EndoTherm installation, where the savings generated by EndoTherm offsets the monthly contract pricing. Thus, resulting in an average monthly net profit gain for the building operator.
